Personal data will be used for the purpose of managing and administering the Website, consisting of the possibility of investing in collections of works of art, antiques and collectibles (hereinafter “the Fund”), the management related to the Fund and the answering of any doubts o questions sent by any of our communication channels used by external platforms of Facebook Messenger, Telegram or Whatsapp.

Likewise, and in compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the information society and electronic commerce (LSSICE), you authorize ARTSGAIN to send you emails and / or documents for the correct execution investment and management of the Fund. Your data is processed based on your consent and the execution of its management. The planned conservation period is at least legal established in the regulations and in any case as long as the consent given is not withdrawn. The transfer of your data is not foreseen, except for storage purposes, and in any case based on the existence of an adequacy decision, based on the existence of adequate guarantees, as well as entities adhered to the privacy shield agreement (http: //www.privacyshield.gov).

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, data portability, limitation and opposition, as well as the revocation of your given consent, being able to go through our contact form or in writing to the address of ARTSGAIN indicated in the contact section, and your request will be duly attended in the forms and within the deadlines established by law. You also have the right to make a complaint to the data protection authorities.

At any time the user must be aware that is accessing a web page for professional investors who jointly invest in Funds and, therefore, accept and consent that their data may be accessible to people of the ARTSGAIN Legal Department to carry out their process of accreditation and verification.

In no case ARTSGAIN responsibles sell, rent or make available to third parties the personal and legal data provided by the users of the website, except for the external company that exercises the control function of ARTSGAIN following the legal regulations of Spanish Law 22/2014 that regulates collective investment entities and their management companies.

The user guarantees that the personal data provided is true and is responsible for reporting any changes in them through the Website itself.
